Shanda Carstens, a married, stay at home Mother of 3, is now President of Noel M. Grace Fashion Rentals LLC and current owner of Wear Today Gone Tomorrow. She
came across this idea when contemplating what it was that she wanted to do with her
extra time now that all three of her children spent their days involved in
school, sports and dance classes. Family, Friends, Fashion and Fun was what came to mind late in the Summer of 2010. The
decision was made, the research began, and as if it was meant to be, everything
fell into place like magic. On January 1, 2011, Shanda grabbed the reins on this
Fashion Forward company and never looked back. Along the way numerous Family and Friends have jumped on board and together they are becoming more familiar with the “ins and outs” of
running a premiere Fashion rental
company. Customer service, prompt and courteous assistance and attention to
detail are extremely important to Shanda and her staff. Phone calls and e-mails
are welcome and although the volume can be overwhelming, the work day will not
end at Wear Today Gone Tomorrow until Shanda feels satisfied that each and
every one of her clients questions have been answered and needs have been met. Friends and Family are so important to Shanda that she has decided that
bringing them on board will assure that Wear Today Gone Tomorrow
maintains the Midwest work ethics and morals that are so important to her and
that she feels will assure her customers the best shopping experience possible.
So far Shanda has not only asked her best friend to join her on this adventure,
a couple of close neighbors have brought their many business talents to the table and are offering daily
assistance as well. Shanda has several members of her family on staff also. They support her with their professional skills and years of experience in Accounting, Marketing, Retail Sales, and Fashion Design. It seems
that her character speaks volumes as her facilities are never short of extra
