CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM FOR A SPECIFIC DATE?
Of course!
Note: The best days to ship your item are three to seven days before your event (standard delivery takes 2 - 3 days).
If the item is in stock, you can order it through the shopping cart. In the comments section at checkout, write: RESERVING FOR SHIPMENT (DATE), FOR EVENT (DATE).
You will receive a confirmation email the day the item ships. You may then hold onto your item for seven days from the day you receive it for the first week's rental fee you paid on the reserved date.
Reserved orders that are pulled from our stock will be charged a 15% restocking fee if canceled prior to shipment.
