WHAT IS 'WAIT LIST', AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
WAIT
LIST items are those you are reserving to borrow, but are currently out
on loan in your size.
You can reserve items from our WAIT LIST anytime for future shipment. **If we foresee any issues with availability for you, we will email you immediately. Simply:
1.
Order the item in the 'WAIT LIST' size as you would normally do for an
item that is in stock. Please write your event date in the Order Comments box at checkout, and we will reserve the WAIT LIST item for you.
2. We
send you an email confirmation that we received your WAIT LIST request, and will reserve your
order for you so that no one else can book it that week. We do not charge the credit card for an item that is not in our
stock (however, your bank will withhold the funds for us). We charge for WAIT LIST items only upon shipment to you.
3. We will email you with tracking information as soon as your item ships.
** Please
note:
If you have an event date within one to two weeks, WAIT LIST may not be the best
option for you. Please contact us, and we'll be happy to give you more specific availability information for the style, or provide you with other beautiful options that are available in your size.
If the system does not allow you to order the WAIT LIST size (and states it is 'Out of Stock'), the WAIT LIST is temporarily closed in that size and is unavailable to order for the foreseeable future.
