How Do I Return An Item?
Our customers satisfaction is our primary goal. If you receive an item and it does not fit, you can contact us for a Return Authorization for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

RETURN POLICY
Original packing slip must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange, store credit or refund for rental and cleaning fees 3 calendar days after delivery of the product for rentals, and 7 calendar days after delivery for products purchased from our 'SALE' section only with a Return Authorization #. Please contact us for a Return Authorization and return unworn within three or seven days, respectively. Mark RA # clearly on outside of return packaging.
Items must be in "unaltered and unused condition". Definition of unaltered and unused condition is:
• -Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way: including perfume or body scent
• -Within 3 or 7 calendar days of the delivery date respectively (after those days no returns are allowed)
• -Must not be a special order or a custom order
• -Must pass return 10 point inspection for refund, which includes visible and invisible tests. Clothing cannot have perfume or body scent, so please try on when clean.
If you choose to order more than one dress to try on, and then keep one, we can deduct $6.00 from the RA return's refund to cover the second return's shipping and handling.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a credit refund.
Refunds are contingent upon return inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
We will send you an email to notify you your return has been received and processed.
